Questions
How far ahead should I book catering?
For most events, one to two weeks is plenty. For weddings, large parties or the food truck, book as early as you can, since weekends fill up fast.
What is the difference between a half tray and a full tray?
A half tray feeds roughly 10 to 15 people as a main and a full tray roughly 20 to 30. Tell us your guest count and we will suggest the right mix.
Do you have vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes. Jollof rice, akara, plantain, sautéed vegetables, puff puff and zobo can all be made vegan, and most of our rice dishes and stews are naturally gluten free.
Can the food truck come to our event?
The truck is available for festivals, corporate events and private parties around Detroit. Send us the date, location and expected guests and we will confirm availability.
Do you deliver catering orders?
Yes, we deliver across metro Detroit and Columbus. Pickup from any of our kitchens is also available.
